California Health Advocates (CHA) serves Medicare beneficiaries, caregivers, advocates, and professionals throughout California. The organization needed a website that could effectively support education, advocacy, fundraising, events, and resource distribution while remaining manageable for staff.
As content and programs expanded, the website required ongoing improvements to content organization, donation systems, event management, search visibility, analytics, and user experience.
Solution
Provided ongoing website design, development, maintenance, and technical support for the California Health Advocates website.
